What is the return policy?

Feel free to try on our clothing as relaxed as you would in a real store: try it on, feel it, and check it out, but use it mindfully. - In the original packaging
Please return the items in their original packaging with labels and barcode for smooth processing. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. So please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning.

1. Report the item for return
Register the item for return within 21 days. Log in with the account you used to place the order, and click on ‘Register Return’ under the relevant order in your ‘Orders’ section. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Drop off your package
Return your package within 14 days after reporting the return. You can also choose the option for a printer-free return when registering your return. Drop off your package at a parcel point and have the barcode scanned from your phone. So sustainable!
3. We'll refund you
Within a maximum of 14 days after you’ve reported your return.

You have the right to cancel your order within 21 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. Once the return is processed, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including any initial shipping costs. Please note that the cost of returning the item from your home to the online store is your
responsibility. For exact shipping rates, check with your chosen carrier. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories, and if possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product or its packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may deduct an amount for any loss in value. Therefore, please handle the product carefully and ensure it is well-packaged for the return.
